Natalie Swanson tops everyone I've worked with on either side of transaction (including myself). From the very start she clearly communicated to me the local market, how she would market my home and what to expect from her as my agent. She did everything she said she would and more. She was personally involved every step of the way which led to a great offer and a smooth closing.I also asked Natalie to help me purchase my new home. She showed the same excellence on this side of the transaction. She has a good eye for details I would have overlooked and offered insightful feedback on the neighborhood and current market values.Above all, Natalie was fun to work with. Natalie helped my wife and I sell our home and purchase a new home in the midst of the pandemic, the worst time in history to do this. It turned out to be the best experience we have ever had buying and selling a home, this being the sixth time we have had to. Her knowledge of the DFW market and skills at buying and selling are very impressive. Wonderful interpersonal skills, you will love working with her.

We recently just closed on a beautiful new home thanks to the amazing Natalie Swanson! Not only did she go above and beyond to find us just that right home, but worked both Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday to make it all happen. To our amazement, the first time my husband and family walked into our home with our new set of keys, the living room held a decorated Christmas tree with presents for my whole family underneath it as a "Welcome Home" gift from Natalie just in time for Christmas. We truly thought would be impossible to be in our home by the 25th, but she made it happen! I know that Natalie will continue to shine in real estate because she has unwavering passion and dedication and takes such great joy in making a house a true home for all of those she works with. Natalie is the best Realtor. She treats you like family and guides you every step of the way. She even came to my closing to make sure everything went as planned and there were no surprises. She was always available and didn't make me feel like a crazy person when I asked questions over and over again. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things, yet she made this process flow easily. I would recommend her to everyone. Best realtor in Dallas! We love Natalie.
